Sould Park Jump

Sould Park Jump is a trampoline park in UBBO, the big shopping centre in Amadora on Lisbon’s northwestern edge. It’s part of a Spanish chain with parks in Santander, Zaragoza and Lanzarote, and two other Portuguese sites, listed as Porto (Parque Nascente) and Guimarães (Espaço Guimarães).

The park’s own description is short: a large trampoline park with a ninja zone full of obstacles, a games zone of arcade machines, and a bar where you can rest while you wait for your turn. UBBO’s listing adds basketball hoops. What makes it stand out around Lisbon is the price. When checked in September 2026, an hour of jumping cost €7 from Monday to Thursday, about half what the bigger trampoline parks charge.

Trampolines and the foam pit

The main area is a field of trampolines. The chain’s rules describe the kind of place it is: jump in the centre of the bed, land with your knees bent, one person per trampoline (even a parent and child can’t share), and no double somersaults. There’s a foam pit to drop into, feet first and never head first, and staff ask everyone to get out of it quickly so nobody lands on them.

The ninja zone

An obstacle course runs through the park. Sould’s pages don’t list the individual obstacles. The rules forbid climbing on walls, pyramids or padded protectors outside the course.

Basketball hoops

The UBBO listing describes the park as having baskets, and the chain’s rules warn jumpers not to hang from the hoops. For a child who’s always wanted to dunk, a trampoline gives them the height.

Arcade and bar

Outside the jump area there’s a games zone of arcade machines and a bar. Food and drink bought there can only be eaten in the café area. You can’t bring your own, and chewing gum isn’t allowed anywhere in the park.

Jump sessions are for full hours. You can turn up without booking, but you won’t be guaranteed a slot at the time you want, so the chain recommends buying online. Arrive about 20 minutes early; if you’re late, the hour still ends on time.

• UBBO’s listing says children can use the park from age 3. The chain’s FAQ says under-3s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 120 cm must go in with an adult who supervises them. That adult only pays if they jump too.
• Every jumper needs a signed consent form. Under-18s must arrive with an adult who fills it in, and there must be at least one responsible adult for every ten minors.
• The staff are monitors who check the equipment is used properly. The rules say plainly that they aren’t carers, and parents or guardians remain responsible for watching their children.
• Wear comfortable sports clothes. Belt buckles, jewellery and anything in your pockets aren’t allowed on the trampolines.
• Lockers are included in the ticket price.
• The chain advises people with health problems and pregnant women not to jump.

Sould Park Jump runs birthday menus with a snack and an hour of jumping. Every party includes the snack; without it you book a normal jumping hour. Bringing your own birthday cake costs €20 extra. A party booking is held for two days until you pay the deposit, and the deposit isn’t refundable.

It’s a trampoline park in a shopping centre, so it’s loud and indoor, and weekends and school holidays cost more and fill up. It opens only in the afternoon on weekdays. The published information is thinner than at the bigger parks, so if you need details on specific obstacles or accessibility, phone before you go.

KidZania Lisboa is in the same shopping centre, so a child who has done a shift as a firefighter or pilot there can burn off the rest of their energy here. If you want another trampoline park with more attractions, JumpYard Lisboa in Carnaxide is a short drive south.
