Urban Park trampoline park

Urban Park is a sports and activity centre in Mafra, run by a company called Urban Extreme. It’s a club first: it teaches futsal, gymnastics, parkour, CrossFit (including a teen group), jiu jitsu, fitness, Pilates reformer and a movement school, and it runs birthday parties and holiday camps. Inside the pavilion is a trampoline park, which families can use in timed Open Jump sessions or through weekly freejumping classes.

That makes it different from the big commercial trampoline parks around Lisbon. There’s no all-day walk-in: you come for a scheduled session, a class or a camp. For a family living in Mafra or Ericeira, it’s the local option.

Urban Park’s party page lists the equipment in the trampoline park:

The club describes the park as a place to jump freely on your own or with friends.

Open Jump is the free-jumping session anyone can book. When checked in September 2026 it cost €10 per person for an hour, €8 for club members, or €90 for a pack of ten. Official Urban Park socks cost €3 and are compulsory.

The club publishes a timetable of Open Jump slots and asks you to get in touch for other times. Before buying, you’re asked to read the terms and conditions for the trampoline park, since buying a session counts as accepting them. The Open Jump page doesn’t state a minimum age or supervision rules, so ask about both when you book, especially for a young child.

The freejumping classes teach trampoline jumps, moves on the wall and other freestyle techniques. They’re for children and teenagers aged 6 to 16, split into two classes by age. The club says the classes build balance, agility, coordination and strength, and that the looser format leaves room to relax and make friends. You can ask for a trial class through the website.

Children who want to go further can look at the club’s parkour, gymnastics and CrossFit Teens groups in the same building.

Urban Park runs campos de férias (holiday camps) for children aged 6 to 14. The club’s philosophy is that children need real free time to explore, create their own activities and grow in independence and confidence, so the camp mixes planned sport with free play.

The summer 2026 camp ran in weekly blocks from 22 June to 28 August. Activities included a saltwater pool used only for the camps, skate, surf with the 3 Surfers school, gymnastics, climbing, sports games, pedal karts, a Ninja Warrior course, water games, cooking, crafts and a themed party.

The Easter 2026 price list gives an idea of costs: €145 for a week, €215 for a week with two surf sessions, €40 for a single day and €75 for a day with surf. Urban Park athletes got 10% off and second weeks were 5% off; discounts didn’t combine, and single days had no discount. The club’s pages don’t give daily start and finish times or say whether lunch is included, so check when you register.

The trampoline party lasts an hour and a half and includes the activity, socks and a snack menu (sandwiches, crisps, popcorn, fruit salad, jelly and a birthday cake, with a healthier pack also offered). Pack prices started at €16 per person when checked. The club also runs Extreme Park parties, one version with the pool.

The Urban Park School Experience takes schools, ATLs and study centres for children and young people aged 3 to 18, and the club also hosts company team-building days. Enquiries go through a form on the groups page.

It’s a club pavilion rather than an entertainment centre, so don’t expect arcade games, a café lounge or a toddler zone. You need to plan around the Open Jump timetable. The public information is limited, so a quick WhatsApp message before you go saves a wasted trip.

The Palácio Nacional de Mafra, with its bat-guarded library, is in the town centre. Deer and wild boar roam the walled woods of the Tapada Nacional de Mafra, just outside town.
